The Falling Flag is a look at America’s inevitable future after the conclusion of the second

of President Donald J. Trump, when the politically, economically and socially “Regressive”
Democrat Party
once again reasserts their political dominion over the United States of America via their

stated “By Any
Means Necessary” machinations.
And because the premise of The Falling Flag is human history itself. Over the centuries, as
demonstrated by
over 50 civil wars and revolutions, history has proven time and again there comes a point in
every
democratic nation’s story where, given a large enough economic, political, or social crisis,
a
dictator can
come to absolute power. Whether a Caesar, Napoleon, Lenin, Hitler, Kim, Mao, Pol Pot, or
some
future Black
Lives Matter warlord, Antifa virago, Critical Race Theory anti-Semite, Squad Socialist,
Trantifa
terrorist,
or Modern Monetary Theory Marxist, a determined regressive revolutionary utilizing “Useful
Idiots” and
legions of young, brainwashed, fanatic followers can overthrow a democracy and plunge that
nation into
totalitarian misery. Not to mention starting the occasional world war.

political/bureaucratic/educational/media machine are highly intelligent, extremely well
educated, very
successful people who are scheming 24/7/365 to obstruct President Trump and return to
power

- If purposely spending a nation into economic and monetary ruin.

- Ardently fostering social policies that have resulted in the virtual destruction of hundreds of cities and the literal deaths via crime, drugs, and homelessness of tens of thousands of citizens.
- Persistently refusing to defend a nation’s border leading to a literal invasion of millions of unknown foreign nationals including criminals and terrorists.
- Industriously weaponizing federal, state and local government bureaucracies against millions of falsely accused citizens.
- Eagerly engaging in unconstitutional surveillance, blacklisting, shadow banning, and arrest of those citizens via illegal Lawfare.
- Constantly urging violence against peaceful citizens and refusing to punish those committing that violence.
- Fostering an "Assassination Culture" responsible for the murder or attempted murder of numerous innocent citizens, Republican politicians (Steve Scalise), conservative candidates (Donald Trump), and Conservative / Christian public figures (Charlie Kirk) - Rest In Peace.
- Joyfully teaching millions of children to distrust their parents, hate their country, and question their gender.
- Enthusiastically advancing psychological, sexual, and surgical child abuse on thousands of minor children.
- Tenaciously “disappearing” stories that expose their lies, crimes, and incompetence.

Here’s the tasty short ribs of my long life, personal philosophy, and important life-lessons
translated to
public policy imparted in The Falling Flag.
- I grew up poor, hard, violent, and very fast with absolutely none of the “White Privilege” I endlessly hear about.
- I was feeding my family at sixteen while working three jobs, earning a GED at night school, and barely surviving a first stepfather who was abusive in the extreme.
- I put myself through college bartending and with a little help from the G.I. Bill. I earned a degree in journalism — because writing has always been my first love — a minor in political science, and read history and macroeconomics for fun.
- I consider myself a modest polymath, which is a fancy-schmancy way of saying I love to read. A lot. About a lot of things. From astronomy, geology and oceanography to philosophy, economics and political science.
- I was a freelance business writer and media consultant for over twenty years and have practiced federal disability law for the past thirty years as a Non-Attorney Representative. First with my own successful private practice, then as Director of an award winning nationwide disability law firm.
- I have studied the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Federalist Papers, and the many failed political systems still jealous of our American Exceptionalism and continuously working overtime to replace us.
- I have a good grasp of Keynes, Hayek, Mises, Malthus, and Modern Monetary Theory, and study arcane economic, business and banking data only political policy freaks follow.
- I’ve read Hitler’s Mein Kampf, Marx’s Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital, and Mao’s Little Red Book, and believing in the adage “Know Your Enemy,” I have also studied Rules for Radicals, Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook, and How to Be an Antiracist.
- I’m a real-life version of Ron Swanson from TV’s Parks & Rec: blue-collar mentality, white-collar career, and a serious fan of breakfast, steaks, single malt scotch whisky, and the occasional beer and a shot. Or two. PBR with olives - the classic "Cowboy Martini!"
- Beyond being rigorously taught military hand-to-hand combat techniques by three hardcore World War Two vets as a teen, in my twenties I studied a beautifully fluid and particularly vicious form of martial art. One I put to use far too many times after the youthful love-of-my-life was brutally taken from me, and deep in the throes of guilt and rage, I began hunting men whose ill treatment of women I could not stand.
- A cavernous emotional wound which lead to two unsuccessful marriages, when I failed to devote 100% of my emotional energies to two remarkable and loving women. Emotional scars I bear to this day.
- I’ve read the Bible, read Scripture daily, and have been blessed to serve as staff on 61 Christian Mission trips in 17 states and three continents for an absolutely remarkable international Christian Men’s Ministry. And finally, after hundreds of hours of “Soul Work,” and several years of Faith-based therapy, was finally able to nail my Greatest Wound to the Cross and heal. Thus, I am both profound, but by personal nature, still occasionally profane. I rest in your faith on this issue
- And crucially important, as a Christian “In Mission” for Jesus Christ, I believe what consenting adults believe in, call themselves, or do in the privacy of their own homes is between them and God. And as a Libertarian, it’s simply none of my business. As long as you don’t hurt the kids, scare the horses, make my belief in your choices politically mandatory, or demand I pay for them. Do any of those four things, and we’re going to have a serious problem. Other than that, “The Dude Abides!”
- In conclusion, I am still a deeply flawed man trying to impart hard-earned wisdom and significant learning through The Falling Flag, before God calls me home. And while still walking the longest road in the world: The Road to Personal Redemption.

The Falling Flag is even more relevant since the 2024 election of President Trump because
the regressive Democrat Party is doing everything in their power to ignore his "America First"
Executive Orders
and legislation, and can reliably be counted on to rapidly replace those remarkably successful
policies once they are inevitably again in political control of the nation. Want proof?
- The Left is fighting legal conservative redistricting even as they continue to do it themselves, with some even admitting they need illegal voters to assist their efforts.
- Post-2024 election studies have discovered that voter rolls across the country are riddled with illegal alien voters, deceased voters, and duplicate registrations overwhelmingly favoring the Democrat Party.
- Democrats continue the drumbeat that Trump was illegally elected, and will either tamper with or cancel the 2026 midterm elections, followed by declaring himself “President for Life” and refusing to leave the White House in 2028.
- America’s teachers unions are ignoring massive student flight from urban school systems while continuing to vilify private and religious schools and home schooling, and publicly declaring that defeating Trump is more important than teaching their students.
- The 2025 official handbook of the National Education Association (America’s largest teacher’s union) proudly advances a classroom agenda of antisemitism, blaming white supremacy for systemic racism, and calling for educational quotas and racial reparations.
- School districts and universities nationwide are refusing to terminate their racially biased DEI programs, while many more are simply rebranding the destructive and un-American programs with more wholesome course titles that are still the same Marxist propaganda.
- Despite the overwhelming public outcry against antisemitism, Jewish American students are facing increasing discrimination in schools and universities across the nation. Violence the Left-Wing media are largely ignoring, while continuing to advance the false narrative of Israeli genocide in Gaza and supporting the “Global Intifada.”
- Several major Blue cities are successfully advancing political candidates who are openly communist and viciously antisemitic, while leading Leftist leaders like Beto O’Rourke are calling for the Democrat Party to be “ruthless” in their pursuit of renewed power.
- To “save democracy” Democrat Party leaders such as James Carville are calling anew to pack the Supreme Court, and create new reliably Blue states by giving the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico statehood.
- Despite that Trump’s wildly successful DOGE program uncovered hundreds of billions of dollars of federal government waste and corruption, the Democrat Party is working feverishly to hide their guilt, ongoing corruption, and maintain the political graft of their numerous political non-profits and Non-Government Organizations.
- In numerous Red States, influential bureaucratic organizations are quietly working with Democrat Party legislators to form “shadow governments” to continue advancing DEI mandates, gender ideology programs and anti-Isreal policies despite the will of the voters.
- The push to continue forcing transgenderism on minor children is increasing, with several nationwide medical corporations refusing to cease the extremely profitable practice despite overwhelming voter disgust.
- Despite ties to the disgraceful “Russia Gate” scam, Democrat Party “Bond Villian” George Soros and son are continuing to fund the Democrat Party with billions of dollars to overthrow legal immigration and criminal laws and finance the fight against Trump.
